Teaching Philosophy


Doug's teaching philosophy is to be completely committed to the development of his students. By assessing their goals and objectives and creating a plan that balances their abilities with their expectations, Doug believes its possible for all students to improve. To that end it is paramount to create a comfortable, relaxed, and fun learning environment where there are no mistakes, because it's all part of a learning process. The focus is around continual discovery, not success or failure.
